This platform is available on the ePortugal portal and through a mobile application. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iap.gov.pt\/web\/iap\/plataforma-gateway-de-mensagens\">Messaging Platform GAP<\/a> enables the sending and receiving of SMS between citizens and public administrations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transparency <\/strong>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iap.gov.pt\/web\/iap\/inicio\">Interoperability Platform IAP<\/a> authentication provider allows users to authenticate with the Citizen Card, on websites or portals duly accredited and authorized for that purpose. Through this functionality it is possible for the citizen to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iap.gov.pt\/web\/iap\/perguntas-frequentes\">authorize the online consultation of certain data<\/a> with perfect knowledge of the purpose of the consultation and the data consulted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>General Digital Services <\/strong>The <a href=\"https:\/\/eportugal.gov.pt\/en\/servicos\">ePortugal portal<\/a> lists several services that are digitally available. No systematic measurement of user satisfaction has been found.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Currently, no public data is available on user satisfaction and digital form submission in Portugal. The <em>Digital Government MetaMonitor<\/em> records data in all other categories.
