What is Transparency ?
Indicators for this topic focus on mapping the use of digital government services aimed at enabling citizens to have insight in government operations concerning them directly.
Transparency is measured by assessing the yearly cumulative number of registers from which citizens can see their data and the yearly cumulative numbers of public organisations that provide citizens insight into the steps and status of ongoing affairs (e.g. permit request).
